Iran’s ‘The Dream of Water’ wins award at Germany Green Me Global

Iranian film ‘The Dream of Water’ directed by Farhad Mehranfar has won an award at the Green Me Global Festival in Berlin, Germany.

Produced by Iran's Farabi Cinema Foundation, the movie has been previously screened in South Korea and Brazil film festivals.

The story is about the breakdown of a young man’s car in the desert. The man who works for the water supply organization reaches an abandoned village.

With the help of an old man who is also the remaining inhabitant of that region, he goes down the aqueduct.

‘The Dream of Water’ is a production of Iran’s Farabi Cinema Foundation in Tehran.

Green Me Global Festival is underway from January 23-29 in Berlin, Germany.
